Washington DC Trade Shows
Washington DC Trade Shows are held primarily at the Washington
Convention Center. The Center was originally opened in 1878. Thats
right. 1878!
In 2003 a new facility was opened nearby which boasts over 2.3
million square feet over 6 city blocks.
They hosted over 1 million visitors and were recently selected
as the Best New Convention Center by Meetings East Magazine.
They also showcase 120 pieces of art worth over 4 million dollars.
It is a great facility to attend a convention in.
One of my favorites is the Federal Office Systems Exhibition in
April of 2005.
