Tradeshow Exhibit Design
When you start talking about custom tradeshow exhibit design its
time to start thinking way outside of the box.
A traditional booth, even a truss tradeshow display system can
have lots of customization or configuation involved that can create
a very unique structure.
But what if you wanted a jungle, or a storefront, or a rock wall,
or any other setting that is NOT a booth?
This requires a high end professional. Someone who is able to take
your show objectives and theme and be able to build a professional,
relevant, quality, shippable set.
My best advice in this area is the plan a set of requirements in
advance so when you sit down with a designer you are able to set
some parameters or guidelines for them.
There is nothing more exciting and at the same time more expensive
then a designer without limitations!
So come to the table with your goals, your marketing strategy,
your budget, and your plan and let the designer do what they do
best-create great tradeshow exhibit design.

World's Most Powerful Trade Show Marketing Guide.
Print Out Booth Setup Instructions
Booth setup is not a natural skill that is imprinted in everyone's
DNA. Since you may only be setting a booth up 2 or 5 times a year
the sequence of what steps go in what order can be open to interpretation.
Print out and bring booth setup and breakdown repacking directions.
Many booths are self evident but you would be surprised how many
booths have small quirks that you find when you are already on the
road.
Good booth companies keep copies online for your booth model.
Insert your printed instructions in your binder and in the booth
crate.
